Welcome to Lakesidefm. This is an independent community publication, written and kept by the people behind the name, and read by whoever finds it useful.

It is not a clinic, a treatment service, a helpline, or a health authority, and it is not connected to one. Nobody here is speaking for an agency, a facility, or a professional body. When something is published here it is published as reading, not as guidance.

Entries appear below in date order, newest first, the same way they always have. Each one keeps its own date and its own address, so a link to a note stays a link to that note.

Lakesidefm publishes short notes about community life and about what is worth reading. That is the whole scope. There is no section of the site that offers services, and no page that asks a reader for money, contact details, or a decision.

The archive is short and it is meant to look short. Nothing is written here to fill a page out. If a claim cannot be sourced, it does not get published, and an empty month is left empty rather than dressed up.

Nothing on this site is medical, clinical, or professional guidance, and no note here reports a study, a statistic, an outcome, or a credential.

Community writing wanders into health sooner or later, so this note sets out how it is handled here. Anything on this site that touches health is general reading. It is not advice, it is not a recommendation, and it should not be used to decide anything.

This site names no provider, endorses no programme, and carries no directory, referral, or intake of any kind. It does not run a helpline and it is not a route to one.

Anyone weighing a health question should take it to their own clinician or to a service they have chosen themselves, not to a page they happened to read.
